Collection and Storage of Personal Data as well as the Type and Purpose of their Use
When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server on our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is automatically recorded and stored until it is automatically deleted:

- address of the website accessed;
- website from which access is made (Referrer URL); and
- browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.
The data mentioned are processed for the following purposes:

- ensuring comfortable use of our website;
- evaluation of system security and stability; and
- for further administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest results from the purposes for data collection listed above.

Transfer of Data

- this is legally permissible and according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and do not contain any viruses, trojans or other malware.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a message always appears before a new cookie is created. However, if you completely deactivate cookies, you may not be able to use all the functions of our website.
The EU Directive 2009/136/EC (“EU Cookie Directive”) requires that the storage of technically unnecessary cookies requires your consent. In Germany, this directive was implemented in section 25 of the Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act (“TTTDSG”).
Analysis Tools
a) Tracking Tools
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are based on Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and continuous optimization of our website. On the other hand, we use tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for you in order to optimize our offer. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned regulation. The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the corresponding tracking tools.b) Google Maps
We may integrate Google Maps on our website to show you where we are located. The route description always shows you the best or fastest way to us. Google Maps is a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter “Google”). In such case, address data will be determined from you on the basis of location data and IP address if this function is activated in the device you are using or in the browser. If the location data is not to be processed, the user has the option of deactivating location determination on his mobile device or in the browser. The address data is transmitted to Google and converted into geodata in order to be able to display the requested information. The address data is stored by Google until the purpose of the data transmission has been fulfilled and then deleted. Further information on data protection at Google is available here. The data is transmitted in a legitimate interest on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.c) Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google, for the purpose of tailoring our pages to requirements and continuously optimizing them. In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies (see section 4) are used. In such case, the information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as:- browser type / version;
- the operating system used;
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page);
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address); and
- time of the server request,
Social Media Links
We operate presences on various social media platforms (“presences”). As a user of our website, you can visit our presences via a corresponding link and find out more about us and use different functions. We currently operate the following presences:
- LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin, Ireland);
- Twitter / X (Twitter International Unlimited Company, One Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin, Ireland).
If you visit our presences there, you are on the respective social media platform. The respective provider of the social media platform is responsible for the operation of the social media platform within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR. The processing of your personal data by the respective provider is not known to us in detail and we have no influence on this.
Rights of Data Subjects
According to the provisions of the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), you have the following rights:
- right of information (Art. 15 GDPR);
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR);
- right to deletion (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17 GDPR);
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
- right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR); and
- right to complain to the data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
